Why that matters for your photos
I have photographed weddings here since 2018, including days at the Bavarian Inn overlooking the Potomac. I read the light as it comes rather than turning up with the day already solved, and I know this town well enough to find you somewhere good when the schedule gives us fifteen minutes instead of forty.
Small college town, big river, real character. Shepherdstown weddings tend to be intimate by nature, and intimate weddings are the center of my work: roughly 20 weddings a year, most between 20 and 80 guests.
