Two rivers, a stone town stacked on a hillside, and overlooks that do half the work for me. Harpers Ferry is the closest thing I have to a home venue that is not my actual town.

I photographed Annie and Thomas's wedding at Harpers Ferry Brewery, and I have spent years working these hills in whatever weather they hand me. I do not turn up with the light already figured out. I read what it is doing on the day and build around what is actually there.

The overlook above town where the Potomac cuts through the ridge. I photographed Ashley and Alan's session on these rocks, sunset included. It is a real hike in real shoes, and the view earns it.
