This part’s easy—just reach out. Tell me your wedding date, location, and whatever details you have so far. No need to have it all figured out yet. Just say hey, and we’ll go from there.

We’ll hop on a quick call to make sure we’re a good fit. I’ll answer your questions, go over how I work, and talk through your vision—whether that’s a chill backyard wedding, a city celebration, or a mountaintop elopement with zero cell service. It’s low-pressure, just a conversation to make sure this feels right.

3. BOOK ME

If we’re on the same page, booking is simple. I send over a contract, you sign it, pay the retainer, and boom—your date is locked in. No hoops to jump through, no weird fine print. Just a straightforward process so you can focus on planning your day while I get ready to document the hell out of it.

FAQs

  • You’ll receive 500-600 (depending on your wedding package). These photos are curated and carefully edited to be the living memories of your wedding day. Engagement sessions are 50-80 photos of your pretty faces.

  • 10% of your photos will be in black & white and 90% in color. They’ll be corrected for exposure, contrast, sharpness, and color tone as well as cropping.

  • You can add-on a second photographer, an engagement session, and/or more hours anytime before the final balance is paid in full (30 days before the wedding date). *Purchases after booking will be subject to current pricing.

  • I have a handful of professional photographers that I’m very close with and we ALL love working together.

  • I am located in Shepherdstown, West Virginia and I love to travel for weddings! I’ve traveled to Oregon, North Carolina, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and California for work! Is your wedding on top of a mountain or Timbuktu?? I’m so there! Reach out for travel costs.

  • First of all, YAY! Email me at aaron@aaronmayphoto.com and I’ll send you a contract. The signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee of 50% of the package you choose are required to secure your date with me.
